Hertha Metals recently participated in Conroe’s inaugural Youth to Career Fair, where nearly 1,800 seventh-grade students explored career opportunities across a variety of industries. CEO and Founder Dr. Laureen Meroueh and Operations & Talent Acquisition Specialist Keyanna Jones introduced students to sustainable steelmaking, shared career insights, and encouraged the next generation to pursue opportunities in STEM and advanced manufacturing.
